Last February 19, Monday, Hartmann Crew Philippines Inc. (HCP) launched the soft opening of its seafarers’ dormitory for those with delayed or cancelled flights.   

The dormitory was the former Practical Site 1 building of Intership Navigation Training Center. HCP began converting the site into a dormitory January of this year. As of now, it can hold up to 14 occupants but more rooms and facilities are planned to be added in the following months— including a couple or family room.
