At Hartmann Crew Philippines, we go above and beyond to make sure that seafarers are able to receive their allotments at the end of each month – way in advance of the actual POEA deadline.

In cases of personal emergencies, seafarers onboard may request for a special allotment for their family.
Membership to the Maritime Multipurpose Cooperative

Health and Family Care
Family Center
The Family Center is a lounge dedicated to welcome seafarers and their families during the busy hours of the day. It is also the center of customer relations where all questions, concerns, and requests are accommodated by our team. Throughout the year, the Family Center hosts educational activities on topics that aim to empower crew and their families. The Family Center may be found at the ground floor of the CRI Building.
Medical Assistance Benefit
The Medical Assistance Benefit (MAB) is free health insurance given to all Hartmann crew seafarers and their qualified dependents upon embarkation. Seafarers and/or their dependents may apply for MAB at the CCFC Office, Ground Floor.
Padala Service
Families may send and receive approved parcels to and from onboard seafarers through this service offered at the Family Center.
Free accident insurance for registered beneficiaries
Qualified allottees who are enrolled under the Philippine National Bank will receive an additional free accident insurance cover. *Terms and conditions still apply.
