In a dazzling display of elegance and festivity, the Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) and Intership Navigation Training Center (ISNTC) held a Christmas Party last December 2, 2023, at the iconic Manila Hotel. The theme for the night was reminiscent of the roaring twenties with a "Great Gatsby" ambiance that set the stage for an evening filled with glitz and glamour.  

The festivities commenced with a teaser performance by the organizing committee, setting the tone for an unforgettable night.   

HCP President Giovanni Tuapin, in his Welcome Remarks, extended warm greetings to the attendees, emphasizing the significance of unity and camaraderie, especially during the holiday season. The Christmas spirit was further amplified as Dr. Niels Hartmann, CEO of the Hartmann Group, and Mr. Dieter Rohdenburg, CEO of Intership Navigation Co. Ltd., shared heartfelt Christmas messages, expressing gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the HCP and ISNTC family.  

The night unfolded with excitement as the Raffle drew anticipation and cheers from the crowd. Prizes added an extra layer of joy to the celebration, enhancing the festive atmosphere. A Tribute Video to Seafarers tugged at heartstrings, recognizing the invaluable contributions of those who navigate the seas in service to the maritime industry.  

As the evening progressed, the celebration marked a significant milestone with the celebration of the Longest Serving Seafarers. This momentous occasion was commemorated through a heartwarming presentation, acknowledging the dedication and loyalty of the long-serving crew of the HCP family.  

The Christmas spirit continued to shine through with the unveiling of the Christmas Video 2023, capturing the essence of the season and fostering a sense of unity among the attendees. Photo opportunities allowed the HCP family to capture the magic of the night, creating lasting memories.  

The dinner, accompanied by live music, provided a delightful interlude, allowing attendees to indulge in a culinary experience while enjoying the soulful tunes of the live band. The ambiance was further heightened as the clock struck 9, signaling the commencement of the second program of the night.  

The second half of the night featured more excitement with additional rounds of the Raffle, recognizing outstanding contributions through Awarding ceremonies, including the STAR OF THE NIGHT – Hall of Famer. Stars of the Night in the categories of Male, Female, and Couple were awarded, adding a touch of glamour to the evening.  

The celebration reached its crescendo with captivating entertainment and performances, showcasing the talent and creativity within the HCP and ISNTC family. Following the awarding ceremonies and photo ops, the venue transformed into a vibrant dance party. Employees and staff astonished everyone with their choreographed numbers, creating a jubilant atmosphere that resonated with the spirit of the season.  

In conclusion, the celebration was truly a Night of Glitz and Glamour, where the HCP and ISNTC family came together to celebrate, appreciate, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
