Hartmann Renews Commitment to Good Governance

In 2022, we formally launched our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) called HartmannCares (see full article about the CSR launching here - HCP Launches CSR Programs : HARTMANN Cares.

This year, we have further reiterated the same pledge as we renew our commitment to "Good Governance" by signing the Integrity Pledge together with our accredited suppliers and business partners, then followed by our very own employees signing of the Company's Integrity Pledge. 

So time and again, we’re sharing to you the text of our pledge. As stakeholders of the Hartmann Group, we pledge our commitment to ethical practices and standards for good governance without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion:

We will promote ethical business practices and foster a culture of honesty and integrity;

We will not offer or accept bribes;
We commit to good corporate governance based on transparency, accountability, and fairness;
We will adhere to relevant laws, rules, and compliance mechanisms in the conduct of business;
We shall comply with the company’s Code of Conduct and this shall be our guidance towards ethical and accountable behavior at all times; and
We will refrain from engaging in business with parties who have demonstrated unethical business practices.

We at Hartmann Crew Philippines believe that it is our responsibility and privilege to uphold values and promote a culture that the Hartmann Brand stands for. This is significantly important as we continue to build careers, preserve families, and strengthen the nation.
