Undeniably, company Christmas parties have evolved from simple gathering to the most anticipated event of the year — themes and full blown productions have made it more exciting every year.

This year, Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) and Intership Navigation Training Center (ISNTC) headed for a “wild" adventure to a “Christmas Safari” last December 7, 2018.

The Philippine International Convention Center (PICC) Rizal Room was transformed into a jungle with all the employees and guests garbed in animal-inspired attire. Here are some photos from the roaring party that was:

As per yearly tradition, HCP gave recognition to seafarers who have been with the company for 20 years. They are:

This year’s Christmas video took viewers into a “jungle book” of the year. It can be viewed on HCP’s online accounts.

What’s Christmas party without entertainment?

HCP and ISNTC employees transformed into personalities like Shakira, Jennifer Lopez, Bruno Mars, Marian Rivera, Ylvis, Momoland, Jessie J, Katy Perry, and Beyonce to provide a production number inspired by the television show Your Face Sounds Familiar.

For the games, the atmosphere shifted to a mystery music game show similar to I Can See You Voice. The guest player was 2/O Joen Masiado while the secret singers were select HCP and ISNTC employees.

Though Masiado failed to choose an actual singer, the audience was entertained with a good laugh.

Meanwhile, one of the highlights of the evening was the presence of none other than the Hartmann Group’s president and CEO, Dr. Niels Hartmann wearing a leopard print jacket.

He shared the status of the company and took the opportunity to acknowledge the collective effort of both land-based and sea-based team.

“We are doing very well. Even after ten years of crisis we have managed to take care of it. Thanks to the combined efforts of all the participants in the company. It’s a big thank you to everybody,” said Dr. Hartmann.

It was a wild night indeed and surely a lot of things to be grateful of.
