Hartmann Crew Philippines Teams Up with TOBC and Lapis Media for Free Ear Acupuncture and Dental Consultation
On September 25, the HartmannPH Lounge in Manila buzzed with excitement as Hartmann Crew Philippines teamed up with The Online Booking Corp (TOBC) and Lapis Media for an event that would put smiles on faces and ease tension—both physical and mental. The trio of partners came together to offer free ear acupuncture and dental consultations to seafarers, employees, and walk-in guests. For the maritime community, where life is often spent away from home and health services, this was a much-needed way to unwind.
A Moment of Calm and Healing
Ear acupuncture stole the spotlight. The ancient practice, known for its ability to relieve stress and improve overall well-being, was something many attendees had only heard about in passing. As trained practitioners from LAMP Wellness skillfully inserted tiny needles into pressure points, the hustle of the outside world seemed to melt away.
Dental Care
As part of the event, attendees had the opportunity to benefit from free dental consultations which provided not only comprehensive assessments of oral health but also personalized, practical advice on maintaining dental hygiene. By addressing a wide range of dental concerns and offering preventive care tips, the station aimed to promote long-term oral health and well-being for all participants.
A Community in Action
In celebration of the 25th National Maritime Week with the theme “Marinong Filipino: Ligtas na Paglalayag”, this event was all about bringing people together and showing care for the maritime community. Hartmann Crew Philippines, TOBC, and Lapis Media teamed up to offer seafarers, employees, and guests a chance to take a break from their busy lives and focus on their well-being. The free ear acupuncture and dental consultations weren’t just about physical health—they were about making everyone feel valued and supported. In a profession where long periods away from home are common, these gestures of care mean the world. This event was a heartfelt reminder that, at the core of the maritime industry, it's the people that truly matter.
