Wait, STCWhat?!
In the looming full implementation of the STCW 2010 or the Standards of Training, Certifications and Watchkeeping on July 1, Hartmann Crew Philippines introduced a project called, “STCWhat?!” A three-part series of educational content related to the said international agreement.
The project aims to create understanding and awareness of STCW 2010 and to bring forth healthy discussions about it.
