HCP and ISNTC Celebrate Day of The Seafarer
Last June 23, 2016, Hartmann Crew Philippines (HCP) and Intership Navigation Training Center (ISNTC) held an early celebration for Day of The Seafarer at their offices in Malate, Manila. The whole day event was open to all HCP seafarers.
Free haircuts to keep HCP crew looking sharp thanks to Deme's Barbershop
Attendees were treated to free haircuts by Deme’s Barbershop who brought their own pop-up shop at ISNTC. Meanwhile, at the HCP Lounge, various brands had their own booths with activities and freebies for the attendees.

Generika provided mini games and free medical tests for cholesterol, glucose, uric acid, and blood pressure. SMART introduced their new All Abroad sim, while Philippine National Bank (PNB) extended its products and services.

The booth partners also provided generous prizes for the raffle and games that tested the players’ knowledge on seafaring and the maritime industry. Free snacks were also served in the afternoon along with fruit shakes and sorbetes.

Furthermore, HCP and ISNTC premiered a series of short videos in line with the International Maritime Organization’s theme for Day of the Seafarer— At Sea For All. The goal of the videos is to further educate people about the lives of seafarers and how vital they are to the world. The videos may be viewed at http://bit.ly/hartmannphvideos
This event marks the first Day of the Seafarer celebration of Hartmann Crew Philippines since its change of name in the last quarter of 2015. HCP looks forward to making Day of The Seafarer an annual event in honor of every maritime professional.
